CrossFit is a form of high-intensity interval training, a strength and conditioning workout consisting of functional movement performed at a high-intensity level. These movements are actions you perform in your day-to-day life, like squatting, pulling, pushing etc. Many workouts feature variations of squats, push-ups, and weight lifting that last for predetermined amounts of time to help build muscles. This varies from a traditional activity that may tell you how many reps to do over any period. CrossFit is similar to Orange Theory in that there is a standard "workout of the day" (WOD) that all members complete on the same day.


Yoga helps you attain a state of balance between your mind, body, and spirit, thereby giving you a sense of contentment. It is the balance one should find to live a healthy life. Yoga includes specific body movements that can relieve inflammation and joint pain hence keeping you better in your overall activities.

Bootcamp Studio

We do have a result-oriented Bootcamp studio which can help you stay fit and in shape within a limited amount of time. This is a dynamic high intensity interval training session which consists of stretches, running, weight lifts, pulling etc. this is characterized by performing a high-intensity workout followed by intervals alternately. The maximum time taken for a class is 50 minutes. So this is a whole-body exercise where you give a total workout for your muscles and multiple joints in a session of 50 minutes only. The added advantage of these types of high-intensity workouts is that it has a huge impact on mental health and physical health by controlling the blood pressure levels, and relieving and tackling stress and hypertension. Keeping tabs on your physical health is a necessity now which can be easily maintained with Bootcamp workouts. Our professional trainers help you to get in line with the circuit for your body type.
